Q1:Why I Cannot connect drone while I have find the WiFi signal from the drone?

A: The drone can only connect one smart device each time, Please confirm that the drone is not connected by other devices

A: If you have select indoor/outdoor mode and want to choose the alternative mode, please restart the APP and choose again.

A: The direction drone flies is according to the orientation or the camera, please make sure the drone camera is pointing the same direction of the player.

Q4:Why the drone is out of control when the drone is in auto-homing status?

A: In auto-homing status the drone can only be cut-power or canceled auto-homing instruction. Please cancel the auto-homing instruction and you can control the drone again.

A: When you need to use controller, please coordinated the phone with controller first and then link the drone.

Q6: Why I cannot play the recorded video?

A: If you did not tap the stop-recording-button,or battery died when the drone was recording, the content recorded will be incomplete. You can fix the video in “gallery” from APP.

Q7: Deal with emergency( out of control, flip) ?

A: Keep calm and cut the power to prevent increment damage from happening.
