1 year customers maintenance and services is provided after product is saled.   

During Quality Assurance Period, technical support, updating service and software failure

handling will be provided. Detail as bleow:

2、Remote Support

During Quality Assurance Period, technical support, updating service and software failure handling will be provided. System would maintain normal functioning.


3、Warranty Duration

7 days since purchase, if drone has any failure of functioning(camera not working or can not fly)

Comment

1、During Guarantee period, if maintenance is needed, customer only need to pay for delivery of sending.(Parcel of pay on arrival is rejected.)

2、Overdue or not within the scope of warranty, if maintenance is needed, customer will need to pay postage of back and forth, as well as the parts or accessories at retail price.
